At Jusket, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent cancellation and refund experience. Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Cancellation Policy

1.1 Cancellation Window

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us:

  • Within 6 hours of placing the order
  • Through our WhatsApp Helpline or by calling: +91 7982558631

Cancellations requested after this 6-hour window will not be accepted.


1.2 After Dispatch or Shipment

Once your order has been:

  • Packed, or
  • Dispatched, or
  • Shipped

…it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.


1.3 Cancellation After Dispatch (Customer Responsibility)

If the customer still insists on cancellation after dispatch, they will be required to pay:

  • Both-side shipping charges (forward + return)

This amount must be paid by the customer as the shipping process has already been initiated and logistics cost is involved.


2. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued in the following situations:

2.1 Eligible Refund Scenarios

  • Order successfully cancelled within the 6-hour cancellation window
  • Order cancelled before dispatch

2.2 Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The order has already been dispatched
  • The customer opens/uses the product (as per our Return Policy)
  • Return request does not meet eligibility conditions
  • Customer refuses delivery without valid reason (shipping charges apply)

3. Refund Processing Time

If eligible, refunds will be processed within:

  • 3–7 business days
    to the original payment method or via bank transfer (as applicable).

4. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To cancel an order or initiate a refund request:

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp at +91 7982558631
  2. Share your Order ID and Reason for Cancellation
  3. Our support team will validate the request
  4. If approved, the request will be processed as per policy

5. Important Notes

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch
  • Both-side shipping fees apply for forced cancellations post-dispatch
  • Refunds are processed only for valid and eligible cases
  • Policies apply equally to Cash-on-Delivery and Prepaid orders
